Eriberto Cortes Mrs. Twenge Period 4 March 14, 2016 My Journey My childhood memory was seeing my dad’s parents. I was 10 years old. We were living in Santa Maria I was living with my parents my brother and sister. I was still going to school, when my parents decided to go to move Georgia with my parents. First, my parents started packing up all of the matter that we were going to take that morning. That same day I was going to school. When I got to school I did not know if to tell the teacher I was leaving, but I had a feeling that he knew. I was feeling anxious, butterflies in my stomach because I wasn’t sure if my parents were going to pick me from school. Before lunch my parents had come for me. My parents just had finish packing everything up, and it was time to leave. Then, it was boring while being in the car. But we has past Las Vegas, and so the Grand Canyon. We stop to see the Grand Canyon it was an amazing site to see, but I was scared of get near the edge to see down. We also stop with other family members on our trip. While we visited all of them they were all surprise of seeing us at their home. But received us with their well. In every family member that we had visited prepared a big meal in our arrival to their home. We also had spent the night at their home. I could not sleep because I would have been home sick. It was great going to every family member visiting them because as I didn’t know them they didn’t know me. Next, we were a few miles away from where my grandparents lived. It was getting dark and my dad was also tired. So my dad decided to rest at the resting areas. My parents fell asleep my brother and sister did to. But I didn’t I wasn’t sleepy. I just wanted to meet my grandparents. I was wondering on how they are because I never meet them in person. Wondering on what are they going to say or do to us when we get there? After, we woke up we wanted to get there in the morning to eat at my grandmother home. So we had finally arrived. My parents didn’t want to call my grandma. They wanted to surprise them, and see their reactions. We had just knocked when my grandpa had opened the door. He didn’t know if to cry or laugh, he hug my parents after 8 years apart. My grandma came and happened the same thing what my grandpa had done, but she just hug my dad with tears falling from the eyes. So we entered their home talking. They had taken a long while just talking it seemed also if the hours seemed as days. But I was happy of seeing them, she hugged us as if a snake to its prey. I was a tight hug. So, it was getting late so we unloaded the truck. We had to place everything inside the living for that day, because it was late. The next day we had unpacked everything and placed it in the room. After hours had past we had finished putting everything in its place. We had finish everything it took us about 9-10 days to get here. Although, we had gone here we had a lot. My parents had to put me to school. They also had to get a job. A week later we had just settled here great my parents had jobs I was going to a great indoor school. Then we had known the place well we shopped, went to entertainment centers. I liked it there I didn’t want to leave it here it felted great being there. I had a lot of friends old young it was it a gang but we didn’t do bad things we just had a lot of fun things. I loved leaving with my grandparents. To me they were they best in the world. They would buy many toys, cloths. They would take me to eat, to games, and to the theaters, they also did me the best birthday I ever had. Finally, after a year and half my grandparents were leaving to go to Mexico because of some issues they had to solve. I didn’t want them to go, but it was something they had to do. Days past, then it’s was time to pack up and leaving again. My grandparents told me that someday we would see each other again. My parents didn’t know were to go after this. We been to Florida, Nebraska, Utah, and Nevada. But my dad didn’t like those place it took us about 4 years to come back to California. So this is my childhood memory.

Big Changes in China

            What I knew about China before this unit was that they just had a lot of people living there. What I think now is their economy is one of the biggest in the world. No I wouldn't consider visiting there because I don't think that they would like Americans.




         It was working well in the PowerPoint. I like it because I know how to use it. I wouldn't use Prezi any time soon because its pretty hard for me to handle. What would I've done different is that I would have added more pictures. Another thing I would have change is the background.

Biology Narrative

 

                Susana Cortes has long straight brown hair, light brown skin. She is my mom and she very outgoing on doing everything right. She is not very tall,  but she really cares about people that matter a lot to her. The event was the Susana told her son about his first day of school.

                She told me that she was anxious, sad , and nervous about letting her son go away from her sight. Susana didn't know where to go and she got there at the school. She had told one of the staff members to where to take his son to hos classroom. Susana took his kid to his classroom and just looked at her kid leaving her. Susana got home and just couldn't wake for her son to get out of school. The time past when it was time for her to pick up her kid. She waked there for her kid until her son came out of his classroom. She was happy of seeing her kid after a long day without him.   

Good or Evil

Long ago there was a Kingdom and there was a god.  The god was running out of soldiers in the Kingdom because there is a war between good and evil. The evil was monster from hell. So god needed more followers to fight with him. But he did not know what was going to happen if the humans would forget god.

                So the god decided to create humans. But he did not know what to make them out of. So he looked down and saw many stars. So god gave them everything they need. He created everything around them. While the humans were enjoying what god had done, then god sent a message to all the humans to do whatever it takes to fight for him or if they do not obey him they will fight against him. He also told them after they die at war that would be the last time that they will live.  

                Then the humans went on with their lives. God gave the humans the understanding around them, wisdom, also to value every little thing that there is in the world. The humans got to advance that the technology they were using it for bad. They humans that heard what god has told him about a war going on with good and evil. God was getting mad, furious that he did not know what to do with him because he did not get many soldiers to fight for him and with him.

                After a while god gave them a second chance to do what god has told them. But they did not listen so, god brought the war to earth. He brought the war to earth so the humans would see what would happen after they die. They battle appeared in the sky in the clouds. The humans saw what was going to happen after so, started to obey what god has told they humans before this generation. But still the humans did not do what god want them to do to fight with god.

                Finally god was still running out of soldiers. So he just decided to destroy everything in the kingdom and the earth and hell. He had nothing to do after what he did. So he saw what his angry had done, he was crying because very thing he had made was in vain. Then he just want to win the war but there was only solution to all of what he had done, he decided to create them again. But this time god will not mess with the humans. He decided to leave them alone and there not going to be an after live. So he decided to let the world function on its self. God would forget them and would leave in peace.
